TASTING NOTES
Le Blanc offers a mineral freshness and pear aromas from Chardonnay. Tropical notes are followed by Granny Smith apple, spicy citrus and white flower notes. Selected as the World’s Best Alcohol-Free at the 2022 World Sparkling Wine Awards.

The co-founders of French Bloom (Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger & Constance Jablonski) have been joined by two experts from the world of French wines and champagnes.
Carl Héline, former Head of Champagne Krug in France & USA (Moet-Hennessy, LVMH), joined the adventure of this new alcohol-free innovation brining with him the knowledge of France's savoir-faire in sparkling wine processes to elaborate a new excellence of French celebration.
Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, CEO of Champagne Frerejean Freres, a maison based in Avize focused on Grand Cru et Premier Cru Champagnes. The entrepreneur, and Maggie's husband, brings his know-how to the development of vintages and the techinical wine-making needed to develop French Bloom's elevated flavour architecture.
